For the ending, I wanted to experiment with multiple different versions as this will be the players last impression of the game. Below I invested different ways I could do this but I have decided to do a simple ending of having to stop the entity and trap it in a jar. This will be time limited however with the timer starting as soon as you write the name down in the entity’s native language as this is what triggers the entity to fully manifest into the bedroom. All you have to do is place the name into a pot and seal it with clay but whether you can do this in time depends on how you played the game. If you have made the clay already you will be fine but if not, you will have to gather the clay and the water in time before the entity gets you. This adds tension and fear to the game whilst also providing a complete ending of either the player or the entity ‘winning’.
